These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the AgentAI ($AGENTAI) token presale and your use of the AgentAI platform. By participating or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By connecting your wallet, purchasing tokens, or interacting with the AgentAI presale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
To participate in the AgentAI presale, you must:
$AGENTAI tokens are utility tokens designed for use within the AgentAI autonomous agent ecosystem. They do not represent securities, equity, ownership, profit share, or any claim on revenues. Purchasing $AGENTAI confers no ownership in AgentAI or any affiliated entity.
Nothing provided by AgentAI constitutes financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should seek independent counsel.
All presale purchases are final and non-refundable. If the presale does not meet its softcap, refund mechanisms will be activated allowing participants to reclaim their contributions.
AgentAI is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and token delivery.
$AGENTAI tokens will be distributed to participant wallet addresses at the Token Generation Event (TGE). The TGE date will be communicated via official channels. AgentAI reserves the right to adjust the TGE timeline for technical, regulatory, or market reasons.
You are solely responsible for providing a correct, compatible wallet address. AgentAI cannot recover tokens sent to incorrect addresses.
AgentAI provides no guarantees regarding future token value, exchange listings, trading volume, liquidity, or returns. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can decline to zero. Past performance of any token is not indicative of future results.
You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from the purchase, holding, or disposal of $AGENTAI tokens. AgentAI does not provide tax advice.
AgentAI reserves the right to modify these Terms, presale structure, tokenomics, or platform features at any time. Material changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
All content, code, branding, and materials on the AgentAI platform are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentAI, its founders, team, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your presale participation or use of $AGENTAI tokens.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentAI from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under ICC rules. The arbitration seat shall be determined at AgentAI's discretion.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
